Leadership and oversight of Calcium Community Church is vested in a group of elders that constitute "the board."  The Board meets on the first Thursday of every month, at 7:00 pm.  The meetings are open to the public, and everyone is encouraged to attend. 

Leadership of the church varies with needs and ministry opportunities, but our current constitution requires that the board be comprised of the following:  Clerk, Financial Secretary, Treasurer, 3 Deacons, 3 Trustees, and the Pastor.  The following reflect some of the current leaders and officers of the church. 

Pastor Mark White and his wife, Nancy, came to us from Kansas in October, 2007.  They were "church planters" there. 

Natives of Missouri, Mark and Nancy met and married while in college.  They have four adult children--three sons and a daughter--and two "remarkably beautiful" granddaughters. 

Pastor Mark received his B.A. at the University of Central Missouri and Master of Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Our current deacons include:  Donna Pillsbury, Teresa Shipman and Mark Sutherland (alphabetically).  Each is responsible for one of our "Deacon Family Ministry Groups," providing a deacon to care for members of our congregation, directly and personally.
